Fundo Hotel Ayarpongo is a project financed by “Los Quenuales” Mining Enterprise for the Community Country of Pachangara through its program of social responsibility. Afterwards, Vivencial Consultants was in charge of the implementation of this hotel project and designed a sustained hotel management system in a participatory way, which purpose is to manage the operation of the hotel, strengthen the social aspect, economic and environmental of the C.C. Pachangara, contribute to improvement of employment and generate incomes for the settlers based on product and services that will be implement at the Hotel.
During the process of implementation, our staff has been trained to growth their competence and skills in order to perform an efficient work at every area of the hotel. All our coworkers are committed to lead the hotel area at Churin town. They feel compromised to provide the best service linked to health and well-being to our guests.
Hospitality Professional graduated from the University San Martin de Porres. He has experience in developing projects in rural communities, it has great charisma and has technical tools to ensure the operability of the Fundo Hotel Ayarpongo. It is always in the search for solutions and new activities that give added value to the guests.
Erickson is a resident of the C.C. of Pachangara, he is 18 years old, currently studying Social Sciences, Tourism and Education. a fun, cheerful person is considered. In his spare time he enjoys reading, playing football and watching TV.
Study at school is 18 years old and is very friendly and sociable. In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, dancing and traveling to see new places and people.
He studied art education, is Pachangara favorite daughter, is 19 years old, is considered a fun girl who likes to share, sociable and cheerful. During his spare time he likes to play volleyball, basketball, reading, singing and dancing.
It belongs to the C.C of Pachangara, he is 19 and is studying social sciences, tourism and education. It is a cheerful, sociable and responsible in the tasks entrusted girl. In his spare time he likes to play volleyball, singing, dancing, reading and travel works.
